Section 01
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to
Garage Tinting LLC ("Garage Tinting," "we," "us,"
or "our"), our website located at

and automotive window tinting services provided by us.
By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling
an appointment, authorizing work, or purchasing
services from Garage Tinting LLC, you agree to these
Terms to the extent applicable to your interaction
with us.
If a written estimate, quote, invoice, booking
confirmation, warranty document, or other written
agreement contains terms that are more specific to
your service, those specific terms will control with
respect to that service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any
right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under
applicable federal or Florida law.
Section 02
Our Services
Garage Tinting LLC provides mobile automotive window
tinting services in Palm Coast, Flagler County, and
surrounding areas, subject to scheduling and service
availability.
Available services may include full-vehicle window
tinting, front-window tinting, windshield tinting,
removal or replacement of existing film, and other
automotive window-film services specifically stated
in a customer quote.
We reserve the right to decline work that we
reasonably determine cannot be performed safely,
lawfully, professionally, or under suitable
installation conditions.
Section 03
Quotes, Estimates & Authorization
A website quote request is a request for pricing and
does not, by itself, guarantee an appointment,
availability, final price, or acceptance of the job.
Pricing may depend on factors including the vehicle
year, make, model, body style, glass configuration,
existing film, requested film, condition of the
vehicle, installation requirements, service location,
and any additional work requested.
Before work begins, the customer may be asked to
approve the service scope and price electronically,
verbally, or in writing, as permitted by applicable
law.
Florida Estimate & Authorization Rights
To the extent Florida motor vehicle repair estimate,
authorization, invoice, or recordkeeping laws apply
to a particular service, Garage Tinting LLC will
handle estimates, customer authorization, changes
to authorized work, invoices, and related records in
accordance with applicable requirements.
Additional Work
If additional work becomes advisable after the
original service has been authorized, we may contact
you for approval before performing work that was not
included in the original authorization where such
approval is required.
Section 04
Mobile Service Conditions
Garage Tinting LLC is a mobile service. The customer
agrees to provide a location that is reasonably safe
and suitable for professional window tint
installation.
Sufficient space must be available around the
vehicle for our technician to work safely.
The vehicle must be reasonably accessible at the
scheduled time.
Installation conditions must be reasonably clean
and appropriate for automotive film application.
The customer must have permission for work to be
performed at the selected property or location.
Weather, wind, rain, excessive dust, unsafe conditions,
inadequate space, property restrictions, or other
conditions outside our reasonable control may require
an appointment to be delayed, relocated, or
rescheduled.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:

Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.

Disclose existing window film or known glass
problems that may affect the installation.

Inform us of known cracks, chips, scratches, damaged
seals, damaged defroster lines, aftermarket glass,
electronics, antennas, sensors, or similar
conditions that may be relevant to the work.

Remove valuables and personal items that could
interfere with installation.

Ensure that the person authorizing the service owns
the vehicle or otherwise has authority to approve
work on the vehicle.

Follow reasonable aftercare instructions provided
after installation.
Section 06
Window Tint Laws & Legal Compliance
Automotive window tint is regulated by law.
Applicable limits may depend on the vehicle type,
window location, film characteristics, and whether a
lawful exemption applies.
Garage Tinting LLC intends to provide services in
accordance with applicable Florida window tint laws
and will not knowingly represent an unlawful tint
configuration as legally compliant.
Florida law currently regulates visible-light
transmission and reflectance for various vehicle
windows and includes certain exemptions, including
qualifying medical exemptions.
If a customer requests a configuration that depends
on a medical or other legal exemption, the customer
is responsible for maintaining any documentation
required by law and providing it when reasonably
requested.
Laws and regulations may change. Any statement on our
website regarding tint legality is general
informational guidance and does not replace current
law or official guidance.
Section 07
Film Selection, Shade & Final Appearance
Film appearance may vary based on glass color,
factory privacy glass, interior color, lighting,
viewing angle, existing glass characteristics, and the
specific vehicle.
Digital photographs, website images, samples, and
screen displays are intended as general visual
references and may not reproduce the exact final shade
or appearance on every vehicle.
The customer is responsible for confirming the
selected service and film option before installation
begins.
Installation Characteristics
Professional window-film installation may require an
appropriate curing period. Temporary haze, moisture,
or small water pockets may be visible while film cures
and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Customers should follow all aftercare instructions,
including instructions regarding operation or cleaning
of newly tinted windows.
Section 08
Pricing & Payment
The customer agrees to pay the price authorized for
services performed, together with any applicable taxes
or other properly disclosed charges.
The accepted payment methods and payment timing may be
stated in the quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or
other communication associated with the service.
If a deposit, reservation payment, travel charge, or
other fee applies to a specific appointment, its terms
will be disclosed before the customer is required to
pay or authorize that charge.
Section 09
Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointment dates and arrival times are scheduled in
good faith but may be affected by weather, traffic,
previous appointments, vehicle conditions, service
duration, emergencies, or other circumstances.
If Garage Tinting LLC needs to change an appointment,
we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer
and arrange another available time.
Customers should notify us as soon as reasonably
possible when they need to cancel or reschedule an
appointment.
Any appointment-specific cancellation, rescheduling,
deposit, or trip-fee policy disclosed to the customer
before booking or payment will apply to that
appointment.
Section 10
Warranty & Service Concerns
Any warranty applicable to film, materials, or
workmanship will be limited to the warranty expressly
stated in the customer's invoice, quote, manufacturer
warranty, or other written warranty documentation.
Warranty coverage may depend on the product installed,
proper care, vehicle condition, and compliance with
applicable warranty requirements.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper cleaning,
unauthorized alteration, subsequent work by another
party, vehicle defects, or conditions outside the
installation itself may not be covered, subject to
applicable law and the specific warranty terms.

price, appointment, warranty, service obligation, or

Vehicle Condition & Limitation of Liability

Existing defects or deterioration in glass, seals,

vehicle components may affect installation or film
removal.
Garage Tinting LLC is not responsible for damage or
conditions that existed before service or that result
solely from an undisclosed pre-existing defect, except
to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be
excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,
Garage Tinting LLC will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential
damages arising solely from use of the website or a
service transaction.

exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable
law, and they do not eliminate statutory consumer
